Test Engineer
Haigh-Farr, Inc. is a premier antenna design and manufacturing company serving the aerospace industry. They are seeking a Test Engineer to conduct RF component testing and generate test reports while collaborating with engineering teams to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Understanding of testing to include: VSWR measurements, pattern measurements, isolation measurements, thermal cycling, vibration, shock and required external environmental tests
Participate in MRB processes
Generate test reports based on customer’s statement of work/requirements
Work with Engineering in the development of required test fixtures
Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance, repair and calibration services
Ensure test technicians have a clear direction and expected completion of tests each day
Ensure all tests are performed in accordance of the test procedures
Ensure all testing is complete as scheduled (Occasional nights and Weekends may be necessary)
Develop new test protocol and processes to ensure all requirements are met
Work closely with design engineers to understand requirements and meet customer expectations and coordinate with other departments to meet customer expectations
Address unforeseen issues to realize scheduled project timeline
Maintain a high level of expertise in business area
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job requirements
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required

Experience testing antennas in an anechoic chamber and operating RF Network Analyzers
Related manufacturing and test experience
Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
Independent, self-starter with ability to take a lead role in managing test operations
Minimum BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Working in a manufacturing environment and test environment
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to possess a security clearance
