Apt is seeking a motivated IT Field Technician to provide remote and onsite technical support for their managed services clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to learn and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Deliver remote and onsite desktop and systems support

Troubleshoot Windows-based systems, networks, and applications

Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow or similar tools

Support Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and related server roles

Monitor system performance and remediate basic security issues

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work

Qualification

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Basic understanding of networking technologies

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification

Experience with Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+, and Office 365

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Group Policy

Knowledge of networking or switching hardware
