Responsibilities

Assist with advisor education and case design - you will be distributing annuities from over 30 of the top carriers in the MYGA and FIA space. You'll work directly with insurance agents and financial advisors to build annuity plans that make sense and put the client's best interest first, and you'll help your reps close business
Marketing and sales development - this is a sales role first and foremost, and you will be marketing annuity solutions and financial planning ideas to a network of more than 50,000 insurance licensed professionals across the country, and will make inroads with new relationships in the RIA channel
Ease of business - you will help oversee BackNine annuity licensing and new business teams to ensure all advisors have the best possible experience when writing business. You'll also assist with escalations and sensitive new business issues as they develop
Strategic planning - you will work directly with BackNine's President of Annuity Sales to increase the firm's profile, evolve our business and marketing plan, and assist directly in achieving growth goals

Required

Proficiency in the Insurance and Annuity markets
Experience in Financial Services Sales or Insurance Product Distribution
Strong skills in sales presentation and relationship management
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Active Life license required, FINRA licenses are a plus

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in annuity distribution with a carrier or IMO/BGA is highly beneficial
Existing relationships with independent annuity producers or RIAs are a plus
