Founding Marketer/Head of Growth
Modern Realty is an AI-powered real estate brokerage that is scaling and refining its consumer experience. The Founding Marketer/Head of Growth will be responsible for designing and running channel experiments, collaborating with engineering, and translating insights into product features to drive qualified clients and enhance the home-buying journey.

Responsibilities
Design and run channel experiments (paid, organic, SMS, referral, social, and partnerships) to validate what drives qualified clients
Test and refine offers (fast-close, AI home search, lender integrations, instant CMA, etc.) that resonate with our ICP
Collaborate with engineering to spin up lightweight landing pages, onboarding flows, and automations for rapid testing
Translate insights into product features, working with design and product to make winning offers part of the core experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in consumer product experimentation or marketplace growth
Proven ability to design, launch, and analyze growth experiments across multiple consumer channels (paid, organic, referral, SMS, social, partnerships)
Strong grasp of analytics and attribution
Skilled at turning ideas into structured A/B tests with measurable outcomes
Deep curiosity about human behavior, why people buy, what builds trust, and how to design experiences that feel inevitable
Excellent communication skills; able to make data and insights understandable, actionable, and inspiring
Ability to take the work seriously and aim for excellence while bringing energy, creativity, and zero pretense
Preferred
Experience in proptech, fintech, or other high-trust consumer verticals
Familiarity with AI-driven experiences or automated funnels
Experience shaping offer strategy or consumer messaging for high-consideration purchases
Previous startup or early-stage growth experience where you've worn multiple hats
