Responsibilities
Execute money moves, new accounts, transfers, and reporting
Prepare data-rich materials ahead of client and team meetings
Maintain precise documentation across core advisory tools and systems
Own CRM and workflows for accuracy, visibility, and follow-through
Track client requests and ensure timely completion
Leverage planning, trading, and account platforms daily
Use Excel for reconciliations, balances, and percentages
Draft and proof client-ready emails and updates
Take notes in meetings; log all actions and outcomes
Support advisors to deliver consistent client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of financial services or wealth management experience required
Account operations, transfers, money movement and trading execution experience required
Active Series 7 license required
Proficiency with Excel, Word, CRM, and financial planning tools/software required
Strong math accuracy across transfers, balances, and percentages required
