Develop tracking systems and reporting dashboards for contract metrics

Create training materials and best practices for cross-functional teams to drive faster time to contract execution

Manage contract execution process from signature through renewal cycles

Maintain contract database in Salesforce with accurate metadata and key term tracking

Monitor contract milestones, renewals, and compliance obligations

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract administration

Generate regular reports on contract performance, renewals, and key metrics

Monitor compliance with contractual provisions and flag potential issues

Track contract obligations and deliverables across all active agreements

Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making

Review executed contracts to identify and extract key provisions, terms, and potential risk areas for legal team analysis

Create detailed contract summaries and comparative analyses to support portfolio management and strategic decision-making
