Business Development Manager
Achievers Network is seeking a Business Development Manager to establish relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors within a specified territory. The role focuses on building connections to enhance business opportunities and ensure project success through strategic proposals and effective communication.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with target entities listed above
Identify and assist w/cascading contractor and engineer relationships
Project identification early in cycle to ensure upfront designs/specifications
Develop project specific business proposals/strategies to ensure win
Quantify success - ensure applicable projects are captured in Salesforce and profiles created
Accurate data
Material to assist w/closing future projects and promote to targets
Rebate offerings and procurement assistance
Effectively communicate and coordinate w/field – learn from each other’s successes and replicate
