Manage kitchen remodeling sales from initial contact through signed contract
Actively generate your own leads daily through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and closing percentage benchmarks
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with all leads promptly
Attend networking events, home shows, and community outreach efforts
Follow a structured sales process and company guidelines
Generate consistent self-sourced leads in addition to handling company-provided opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of proven marketing, customer service, and sales experience (home improvement or in-home sales preferred)
Documented ability to consistently hit revenue targets and maintain strong close rates
Comfortable working independently, managing time, and generating leads
Proficient in CRM usage, follow-up communication, and detailed note-taking
Professional appearance and communication skills
Willing to work evenings or weekends as needed to close sales
