Responsibilities
Research, identify, and engage top talent across a variety of roles and levels
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and shape ideal candidate profiles
Build and manage diverse pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies—direct outreach, referrals, events, communities, and research-driven insights
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in our ATS (Ashby)
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continually optimize outreach, conversion, and pipeline quality
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience as a dedicated sourcer, either on the business or the technical side
Experience sourcing across multiple functions or working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Creativity and persistence in developing new strategies to attract and engage great talent
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you're comfortable building trust with candidates and internal teams alike
