Responsibilities
Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting branch-level and corporate initiatives
Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising
Oversee content creation for website, social media, blogs, print, and email marketing
Partner with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure local market alignment and timely support of promotions, signage, and campaigns
Track campaign performance through data analytics and provide monthly reporting on traffic, leads, and ROI
Manage relationships with external vendors and creative partners
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
Support corporate communication efforts, press releases, and internal marketing initiatives
Supervise and mentor marketing staff, fostering professional development and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Proficient in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience managing creative production (graphics, video, and web content)
Data-driven mindset — comfortable interpreting analytics to optimize campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
