Responsibilities
Get insight from an enormous amount of data, and take a proactive role partnering with the product team in identifying and exploring data-driven ideas for improving our products
Collaborate with the product and development teams to define metrics, evaluate performance, and support data-informed decision-making
Monitor key business and product metrics, share actionable insights, and help drive strategy and prioritization
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a data science role or relevant internships, ideally applying analytical skills to real-world problems
Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Economics, or Operations Research
Experience working with data from web or product environments
Proficiency in SQL
Hands-on experience with data analysis and statistical methods through work, internships, or academic projects
Strong grasp of core analytical concepts and ability to apply them to ambiguous problems
Clear and thoughtful communicator, with a desire to keep improving how complex ideas are shared across different audiences
