Responsibilities

Serve as the marketing lead for Channel Technical Programs—owning the strategy, budget, and roadmap to drive awareness, engagement, and growth
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on how marketing can accelerate program adoption and partner success
Build and amplify the brand identity of Verkada’s partner technical programs, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all partner-facing touchpoints and digital channels
Design and execute data-driven demand generation strategies—including ABM campaigns for priority partners—to increase participation and certification rates across regions
Oversee end-to-end campaign development, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms (email, social, paid media, events)
Continuously test and iterate to improve ROI and partner engagement
Track, analyze, and communicate marketing performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions and future campaigns

Required

Proven experience in B2B marketing
Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication)
Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, digital marketing automation, and CRM tools preferred
Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
