Responsibilities

Responsible for month end close for several entities, including:

Prepare and submitting all assigned month end journal entries

Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare and analysis trends and variances

Prepare and submit allocations

Timely and accurate bank account reconciliations to include research and recording of any reconciling items

Communicate pertinent financial information to corporate and accounting management

Preparing audit schedules

Safeguarding the company’s financial assets by ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed
