Responsibilities
Host pop-up Tax Days at approved partner locations
Collect client tax documents as a mobile drop-off point
Greet clients & provide intake assistance
Promote LegacyBridge services & seasonal incentives
Support appointment scheduling and digital intake
Distribute flyers, referral cards, and marketing materials
Maintain daily activity and lead tracking
Follow secure handling procedures for confidential documents
Qualification
Required
Minimum age: 18+
Reliable personal vehicle & valid driver's license
Strong communication & customer service skills
Friendly, energetic, and confident when talking to people
Sales or lead-generation mindset
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to work outdoors & travel to sites
Must follow secure handling & confidentiality rules
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly wanted
