Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist in advising clients on strategic and operational aspects of infrastructure, including portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, facilities management, and lifecycle management of capital assets and fleet
Project Delivery: Support project teams in delivering high-quality work, including data analysis, research, and preparation of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and recommendations
Engagement Contribution: Contribute to client engagements by managing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
Technology Integration: Leverage tools such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics to support project delivery and enhance client outcomes
Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable insights for clients
Problem Solving: Collaborate with team members to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support resource management, pipeline tracking, invoicing, and other project-level administrative tasks

Required

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Business
2–5 years of experience in construction, construction management, capital projects, corporate real estate, management consulting, or workplace consulting
Experience in supporting the delivery of capital projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and operations
Familiarity with construction project lifecycle management, including feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk management
Candidate must possess or be eligible to obtain an active security clearance as required for client engagements
Familiarity with PSS agency operations, procurement processes, and regulatory environments, particularly in the areas of capital projects, real estate, capital assets, and fleet management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture
Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with innovative thinking and develop practical solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables

Preferred

Advanced degrees in related fields are a plus but not required
Knowledge of corporate real estate operating models and infrastructure portfolio management is a plus
Exposure to construction contracts and delivery methods, such as Design-Build, CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk), and Public-Private Partnerships (P3), is preferred
