Responsibilities
Lead BIM coordination for multiple projects, ensuring models are accurate, complete, and fully integrated
Manage BIM deliverables, schedules, and documentation from start to finish
Mentor and develop BIM team members and trade partners
Represent DOME in industry forums and client engagements
Drive process improvements and champion innovation across workflows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in BIM/VDC coordination on commercial construction projects
Expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, iConstruct, and related tools
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
A leader who thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Preferred
5+ years in BIM/VDC roles within a general contractor or construction management environment
Experience with 4D/5D modeling, laser scanning, and layout integration
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore BIM, and advanced BIM workflows
Participation in BIM/VDC forums or industry events
