Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small team of data custodians focused on product and manufacturing data domains, including product attributes & hierarchies, bills of material (BOM), planning parameters, and key transaction dates/status
Develop and enforce quality standards, processes, and controls for IBP data domains
Partner with Data Stewards to ensure accurate data entry and with Data Owners to maintain accountability for data cleanliness
Monitor data quality metrics and drive root-cause analysis for recurring data issues
Coordinate data cleanup efforts and ensure ongoing compliance with governance policies
Provide training and guidance to functional teams (data stewards and data owners) on data management best practices
Serve as the escalation point for data-related issues impacting operational or planning processes
Work with Data Owners to understand business requirements and translate them into data standards
Partner with IT and analytics teams to ensure data is properly integrated and used

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, data management, supply chain, business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in data analysis and master data management, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment or strong Internship or Co-op experience required
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and align work to the business' needs
Familiarity with executive reporting processes and stakeholder management

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in related field preferred
Experience in data analysis and master data management, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment preferred
