Senior LevelBigham Cable Construction is seeking a Sr. Specialist Account Receivable to apply customer payments and reconcile daily A/R activity. The role involves maintaining customer accounts, processing invoices, and assisting with bank reconciliation.

Responsibilities
You will apply payments to customer accounts from checks, cash, and EFT
You will maintain customer accounts by applying credits, processing small balance write-offs
You will submit short paid and skipped invoices during application to credit personnel
You will reconcile A/R daily between activity and trial balance
You will maintain daily deposit log that reconciles to cash postings
You will maintain non-trade receipts log
You will update cash receipt batches
You will assist with bank reconciliation
You will reconcile accounts, researching skips & shorts-pays
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
You are 18 years of age or older
You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
You have strong computer skills
You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
You have intermediate knowledge of the Google Suite of products
You have good oral communication skills and telephone etiquette
You have working knowledge of basic office machines
You have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with others
