Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate order information in internal systems
Thoroughly review all orders for completeness and accuracy
Monitor the progress of orders from start through billing and closure
Ensure timely delivery of completed work to clients
Communicate billing terms and service offerings as needed
Evaluate client creditworthiness using established guidelines
Prioritize incoming requests to meet client expectations and deadlines
Learn and apply applicable state requirements and filing rules
Manage accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered
Work collaboratively with internal support teams
Provide professional, helpful communication by phone and email
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Support collection efforts on outstanding receivables
Serve as an internal advocate for client needs and ensure a positive client experience
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
Professional, adaptable, and client-focused approach
Willingness to learn internal systems, procedures, and industry requirements
Preferred
Experience in corporate filings, registered agent services, UCC, or related business service operations
Corporate paralegal experience is also strongly considered
