Test Engineer

Responsibilities

Document and manage the collection of high-quality measurements (RF, vibe, shock, thermal, altitude, EMI, etc.) for RS products and programs
Develop and write data reports and measurement procedures for the laboratory and for specific programs of record
Consult with stakeholders in other departments to facilitate the documentation and tracking of test results for multiple programs and products
Communicate technical concepts and results to external and internal customers to facilitate company/program decisions
Perform other duties, as assigned

Required

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a concentration in a relevant Engineering or Physical Sciences discipline
A minimum of five years' experience in the aerospace industry with a preference towards experience in test and documentation
Experience in writing reports and procedures
A desire to work in a fast-paced work environment with a motivated team that prides itself on its attention to detail, agility, and ability to execute
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to be a team player
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a Top-Secret Clearance

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with MATLAB and LabVIEW (or equivalent)
Experience with electromagnetic analysis software such as HFSS or CST Microwave Studio
Experience with CAD tools (Rhino or equivalent)
Active clearance is preferred
