Responsibilities
• Turf Cleaning & Restoration: Clean, groom, and deodorize artificial turf surfaces
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service and discuss turf maintenance needs
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company-provided vehicle clean and organized
• Team Collaboration: Work with other technicians and management for consistent service
• Problem Solving: Handle on-site issues independently and meet customer needs
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines for equipment and outdoor work
• Travel: Willing to travel out of state for scheduled jobs
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in outdoor environments
Clean driving record; comfortable driving large vans (trailer experience a plus)
Preferred
Prior turf cleaning experience preferred but not required
