Responsibilities
Support the Marketing and CX organization
Working closely with the Lead Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
Gathering requirements
Translating them into user stories
Supporting Agile delivery
Ensuring CRM (Salesforce) solutions are delivered with quality, compliance, and alignment to business goals
Providing user training
Reporting
Ongoing support to enhance customer and stakeholder experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of CRM or product delivery experience; financial services background preferred
Strong Salesforce expertise (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud); Admin or Product Owner certification a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and translating business needs into technical requirements
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset
