Required

Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field

5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience

U.S. citizenship is required

Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire

Preferred

Department of Defense TS security clearance is preferred at time of hire

The ideal candidate is a leader with a solid track record for developing high-reliability space hardware

Extensive experience with global position satellite systems and space material procurement and qualification

Skilled project manager with strong Earned Value, cost, schedule, and program performance record

Substantial leadership skills with a focus on team building and motivation

Solution oriented and ready to solve challenges in creative ways

Passionate about leading, mentoring, and motivating experienced technical staff

Ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
