Schiller International University is seeking a Full-Time Faculty member in International Relations and Diplomacy for their Tampa Campus. The successful candidate will teach and develop courses while mentoring students to become effective international leaders and diplomats.

Responsibilities

Teach and develop engaging courses in International Relations and Diplomacy

Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and cross-cultural understanding among students

Participate in curriculum development and continuous program improvement

Advise and mentor students regarding academic and career goals

Participate actively in campus and university committees, academic meetings, and special events

Conduct research or professional activity relevant to the field

Support accreditation, assessment, and institutional effectiveness initiatives

Collaborate with faculty across Schiller’s international campuses (Madrid, Paris, Heidelberg) to enhance academic quality and global learning experiences

Maintain accurate and timely student records, grades, and course documentation
