Responsibilities

Lead special projects for areas the Head of Claims oversees
Serve as a generalist capable of solving any problem presented
Prepare the Head of Claims for all key engagements and decisions, and when needed act as a stand-in
Proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they get to the Head of Claims
Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Claims and senior leadership, providing compelling insights and critical analysis on company operations, key management decisions and other areas

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, or equivalent experience
3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, or equivalent experience
5+ years of increasing responsibility in business operations, strategy, or a product role within auto insurance claims
Expertise in reporting creation and manipulation
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
