Responsibilities

Lead executive-level coaching for enterprise clients with multi-line operations

Analyze financial and operational performance to identify growth and efficiency opportunities

Design and implement advanced operational excellence frameworks for multi-entity businesses

Collaborate with members to create and implement action plans addressing opportunities and challenges across various business lines and territories

Partner with Member Relations Specialists to align coaching strategies with broader business goals

Lead peer learning and best-practice sharing sessions across the coaching practice

Contribute to the evolution of CertainPath’s coaching frameworks for complex, multi-territory businesses

Deliver effective coaching sessions tailored to the needs of enterprise-level organizations

Develop and deliver advanced coaching methodologies for complex organizations

Model exemplary coaching techniques and methodologies during joint sessions with other coaches to demonstrate best practices in action

Apply the CertainPath operational model to diverse business lines and territorial operations

Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to provide data-driven insights across various business segments

Adapt coaching approaches to address the unique challenges of managing multiple business lines and territories

Required

10+ years of experience in coaching, consulting, or executive leadership within home services or similar industries

2+ years in a formal coaching or mentoring capacity

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
