Responsibilities
Delivers projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
Effectively manages project staff and schedule to ensure completion within allocated period of time
Effectively and proactively coaches, mentors and provides performance - enhancing feedback to team members
Ensures that CA activities emphasizes efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance
Demonstrated ability to perform business development activities and assist in marketing activities
Mentor junior colleagues in all areas of professional and technical development
Ensure quality assurance and quality control, including regarding Revit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Experience with multifamily, high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use
Revit
Client communication experience
Preferred
Architecture license is not required, but is a plus
