Account Executive (Insuretech Sales)
BCS is a fast-growing technology company in the supply chain risk management space, seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales team. The role focuses on closing warm leads and outbound deals, working closely with the Sales & Marketing team and the CEO.

Close Sales
Through phone and email, handle the sales process from demo to close
Leverage our many sales-enablement tools to prospect and manage your pipeline of deal opportunities
Ability to ask concise questions to uncover concerns and obstacles in a sales process
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of B2B Software Sales experience is required
Strong work experience in the closing of B2B sales, software sales strongly preferred
Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Enthusiasm and passion for assisting other people and contributing to the success of a hyper-growth company
Personable, professional, and able to talk to customers in a concise manner
Preferred
Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance is strongly preferred, not required
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot are preferred
Technical backgrounds are also preferred
