Maintain, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, order parts, and complete repairs
Log work via service records and digital work order systems
Collaborate with senior techs and continue learning on the job
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing training
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
EPA Certification (additional licenses a plus)
Knowledge of VFDs, pneumatics, and controls
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Strong communication skills and tech-savvy
Willing to work occasional weekends/on-call shifts
A reliable, team-oriented professional with strong customer service skills
