Responsibilities

Managing up to six onboarding projects concurrently
Ensuring all project deadlines are met
Coordinating and communicating between clients and other Jack Henry departments working on the assigned projects
Managing all automation for the first few weeks of the client’s onboarding
Troubleshooting and fixing issues in a timely manner
Identifying departmental process improvements
Improving process documentation
May perform other job duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 18 months of experience in IT or software experience
