Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of QA Engineers
Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of QA objectives
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks for projects
Oversee the creation and maintenance of test plans, cases, and documentation
Ensure alignment of QA activities with business goals and product requirements
Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Lead initiatives to enhance automation coverage and efficiency
Drive adoption of best practices in testing, defect management, and reporting
Guide the team in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web, API, and service layers (Selenium, Playwright, C#.Nunit, Postman, Jmeter, etc.)
Ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Oversee backend validation and data integrity checks using SQL and other tools
Work closely with Application Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
Represent the QA function in Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
Communicate QA status, risks, and issues to leadership and project teams
Oversee defect identification, logging, tracking, and resolution using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
Ensure timely troubleshooting and validation of fixes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1 years in a lead or supervisory role
Proficiency in: Automation tools and Frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, C#.Nunit
Testing tools: Postman, Azure DevOps
Databases: SQL Server, MySQL
Test Management: Zephyr, Azure Test Plans
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices
Experience with API testing and CI/CD integration
Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive change and inspire high performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management
Familiarity with X12 transactions
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools
