Responsibilities
Design and implement perception algorithms for multi-sensor fusion for robotics solutions
Evaluate and integrate new sensing technologies
Optimize computer vision and perception code for embedded execution
Expand simulation and testing frameworks to validate perception performance
Work closely with autonomy, UI, and operations teams to visualize and interpret environmental data
Qualification
Required
4+ years of software experience, including 2+ focused on perception, computer vision, or sensor fusion
Strong proficiency in Python and C++
Strong background in processing radar, LiDAR, or camera data
Familiarity with perception algorithms (segmentation, clustering, Kalman filters, etc.)
Collaborative mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred
ML or deep learning experience for perception tasks
Path-planning or control algorithm knowledge
Embedded or resource-constrained system experience
Linux fluency
