CRA Loan Officer
Citizens is an established financial services company focused on serving customers and communities. They are seeking talented CRA Loan Officers to proactively develop business relationships and generate mortgage lending opportunities while participating in community efforts and educational seminars.

Responsibilities
Maintain 55% of your overall business as CRA eligible and create 8 preapprovals/prequals per month
Conduct 12 homebuyer seminars per year in designated MSA’s and report out on referrals from those organizations; the PSM should attend 6 seminars a year with CRA LO
Conduct and participate in mortgage lunch and learn. 1 per month
Work with Low and Moderate income (LMI) branches in their MSA to educate on CRA mortgage products to generate referrals (if you are assigned branches)
Work closely with the Community Development Market manager in your market to participate in CRA related events (Housing Fairs, etc)
Volunteer to be on a Board or committee of a not for profit
Schedule on call days with Community Development Market managers (CDMMs) 1 per quarter
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales preferred
Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million (minimum)
Established relationships with local referral networks
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology
Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS
