Negotiate and close deals, working closely with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets
Develop and implement personalized follow-up strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion rates
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and best practices in the recruiting and talent acquisition space

Collaborate with the product team to gather client feedback and suggest improvements to our recruiting solutions
Develop a deep understanding of various industries and their unique hiring requirements
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on optimizing their recruiting processes
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations

Qualification
Required
