Responsibilities

Read and analyze state and federal health IT and interoperability regulations to assess impact to Oracle Health products and services
Work closely with Oracle’s product engineering teams to assess product functionality and develop regulatory strategy
Communicate complex regulatory and technical requirements to product and development teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for internal clients with interpretation of applicable standards and regulations
Collaborate with product development, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance requirements and standards
Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
In-depth knowledge of state and federal health IT and interoperability regulations
Experience collaborating with product engineering and development teams
Ability to communicate complex regulatory and technical requirements
Experience serving as a subject matter expert for internal clients
Experience conducting gap analysis and risk assessments

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry
Experience with AI/ML solutions and cloud-based healthcare platforms
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
