Responsibilities
Own Fera Pets’ retail channels end-to-end, managing relationships with key buyers and partners across pet specialty, big-box, and grocery retailers
Drive strategy and execution to grow our presence and impact on every shelf
Bring analytical rigor to trade spend and performance metrics
Use creativity and brand expertise to ensure Fera is executed consistently and compellingly in every retail environment
Build strong buyer partnerships and scale programs with purpose
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading retail channels end-to-end
Ability to manage relationships with key buyers and partners across pet specialty, big-box, and grocery retailers
Strong analytical skills to drive trade spend and performance metrics
Creativity and brand expertise to ensure consistent execution in retail environments
Deep CPG experience, ideally in pet, wellness, or functional nutrition
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments
Understanding of the retail process from start to finish
Ability to build strong buyer partnerships
Experience in scaling programs with purpose
