Lead Manager - Consumer Engagement Ops

They are seeking a Lead Manager for Customer Engagement in Winston Salem, NC, who will be responsible for driving consumer engagement through mobile strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities
As a Business Lead for in-house developed tablet solution which is used for 1 1 consumer engagement with Adult Consumers, you will be accountable for business execution to drive high levels of engagement and help build the roadmap for the development team
Collaborate with IT and other key stakeholders to develop and execute agreed-upon mobile strategies and programs for each brand in the portfolio
Help facilitate the execution of mobile roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall customer onboarding, growth, and retention model in coordination with the rest of the CRM and marketing services teams
Work with reporting team to establish baseline reports and benchmarks for overall solution KPIs
Cultivate relationships with internal Trade and Consumer Activation teams to collaborate on best-in-class experiences using mobile devices and technology
Understand new and emerging technologies in the MarTech landscape and how Consumer brands can utilize these technologies to help grow their business through new or existing mobility enhancements
Proven experience in vendor management, including evaluating performance, contracts and maintaining productive supplier relationships
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
5+ years of regulated industry experience
5+ years of Digital Marketing experience
Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across many internal and Business projects
Experience with Mobile Applications (iOS and Android), mobile UX/UI principles and device management ecosystems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency with tools like Azure and Jira
Experience in working with different business stakeholders at all levels of the company and influence the technical decision for implementations
Strong experience and familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and investigate improvements to processes
Experience in working with multicultural teams at different levels in the organization
Proven experience in owning a platform and proactively driving towards excellence
Proven experience in vendor management, including evaluating performance, contracts and maintaining productive supplier relationships
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Preferred
2-3+ years experience in the Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Analytics
