They are seeking friendly, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in Portuguese and English to provide support and troubleshoot technical issues for customers.

Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Portuguese and English
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both Portuguese and English
Professional-level communication skills in both Portuguese and English
Experience providing support through inbound messaging
Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats
A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer
Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on your mobile device
Access to a webcam or a smartphone capable of capturing clear photos
A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
At least 8 GB of RAM
Availability for 25 hours per week with 12 hours required on Saturday and/or Sunday
Completion of language assessments in Portuguese and English
Preferred
Experience in customer support for a music streaming platform
Experience working in a remote environment
Familiarity with technical troubleshooting
Dual monitors for optimal workflow and multitasking
