The role involves maintaining the physical condition of residential properties, performing repairs, and ensuring efficient operation of building systems.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the physical condition and appearance of multiple residential property sites
Repairing or replacing defective equipment parts and reassembling equipment using hand tools and power tools
Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that equipment continues to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently
