Responsibilities
Perform structural inspections for the following structural elements: (CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcement steel, shoring/re-shoring, post-tension cable, precast)
This position requires the inspector to be comfortable working at different heights and inclement weather
Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
Qualification
Required
Five years of construction experience
Two years of post-tension experience
Threshold Inspection experience
Valid Driver's license required
State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is required
Commercial building, post tension
Preferred
Electrical, mechanical and plumbing, 1&2 Family Residential, a plus
