Responsibilities

Support a team of 10-15 technical staff in management role. Administrative management responsibilities include staffing, performance and compensation management, and career development
Lead a team of systems engineers supporting the development of an advanced microelectronics fabrication line
Inform stakeholders and program managers for status updates, issue resolution, and overall engineering execution
Partner with program management office to ensure successful execution against cost and schedule targets
Provide technical leadership to the team and ensuring proper engineering processes and procedures are followed
Work with peers and training leads to identify critical skill shortfalls; develop appropriate technical training; and improve team performance
Develop and maintain technology roadmaps
Oversee requirements derivation, tracking, and adjudication
Identify business process gaps and define systems engineering guided solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience; Master of Science degree in STEM related field with 6+ years of relevant technical experience; PhD in STEM related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience in microelectronics manufacturing or semiconductor fabs, including experience with semiconductor CIM components
Experience managing and prioritizing projects of a large scale
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software tools, i.e. Atlassian tools stack - Jira, Confluence, etc
This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance per business requirements

Preferred

Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 6+ years within a related engineering field
Experience managing teams of 10 or more
Experience with Applied Materials SmartFactory Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solution
Experience with EVMS
Experience managing and prioritizing projects of a large scale
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software tools, i.e. Atlassian tools stack - Jira, Confluence
Current active US government security clearance per business requirements
