They are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead strategies that maximize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and improve overall production efficiency across their Airfoils Segment.

Responsibilities

Lead the OA/OEE and reliability efforts across the segment, setting goals and driving maintenance performance in terms of OA/OEE, PM Effectiveness, MTTF, and MTTR

Assist plants with an OA/OEE tracking system and identify/lead opportunities to improve throughput across the segment

Facilitate proper use of MP3/CMMS, maintenance metrics, maintenance personal training and 5s. Must know how to teach and run a TPM workshop tied to Hoshin/Kanri

Assist plants with implementing and teaching how and when preventive and predictive maintenance strategies can reduce downtime

Drive root cause analysis, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and reliability-centered maintenance efforts to all groups

Introduce new technologies (e.g., IIoT, condition monitoring) to enhance reliability

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

7+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations; 3+ in leadership

Must have ability to travel at least 50% of the time
