Responsibilities
Craft and execute a comprehensive growth plan that includes both digital and traditional marketing channels
Lead cross-functional initiatives that will directly affect the company’s growth trajectory, involving teams across marketing, sales, product, and R&D
Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and validate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
Manage a dynamic marketing budget, investing aggressively in high-return initiatives
Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies quickly to maintain competitive advantage and capitalize on opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a growth marketing role with a clear track record of scaling user bases and driving significant business growth
