Maintenance Mechanic (Plumbing) - Full Time Day Shift

The Maintenance Mechanic (Plumbing) will be responsible for repairing and replacing parts of hospital mechanical equipment and performing semi-skilled work across various trades.

Responsibilities
Familiar with Building maintenance including: mechanical, electrical, plumbing and hospital equipment systems
Some computer skills are necessary
Assist with snow removal, and other duties as required
Effectively carries out repairs to the plumbing, communications, HVAC and electrical system, throughout the Hospital
Accurately troubleshoots and repairs various hospital equipment
Proficient in the use of the Hospital’s energy management system
Keeps accurate records and logs as necessary
Demonstrates the ability to carry out routine functions in the power plant such as blow downs, water analysis and minor troubleshooting and repairs
Responds to all emergency and STAT calls
Qualification
Required

Valid Driver's License
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Commercial trades such as HV/AC, Electrical, is preferred
Plumbing Experience Or Certifications Is Highly Preferred
