Design treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring compliance with BACB, state, and payer guidelines

Collaborate with clinical committees and access resources to enhance service delivery

Participate in professional development and contribute to research initiatives

Qualification

Required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Experience in a leadership position

Ability to design treatment plans based on client needs

Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with BACB, state, and payer guidelines

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Ability to mentor and lead a team

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience in clinical supervision

Experience in research and contributing to publications

Familiarity with hybrid work schedules

Experience with professional development and continuing education
