Warehouse Administrative Assistant (IPS Industries Inc.)
IPS Industries, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer in the packaging industry, headquartered in Cerritos, CA. They are seeking a motivated Inbound Receiving & Warehouse Administrative Lead to join their Carrollton, TX team, responsible for overseeing inbound operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient warehouse management.

Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate full truckload (FTL) and container inbound shipments into the distribution center (DC)
Oversee unloading, receiving, and quality control of inbound shipments with support from lumpers and forklift drivers
Ensure timely and accurate counting, verification, and palletizing of products according to specifications
Print packing lists, apply pallet labels, and update product locations in the Navision ERP system
Enforce quality control standards for all inbound goods
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, picking tickets, and bills of lading
Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments, handling inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Organize and maintain physical and electronic records related to warehouse operations
Assist with planning and execution of cycle counts and inventory audits
Support warehouse staff with repacking, handling, and verifying items as needed
Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in warehouse receiving, inventory management, or warehouse administration
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with ERP systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs when assisting warehouse staff
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
