Required

Proven effective customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to speak in a calm, concise and empathetic manner
Proficient in ability to use multiple computer systems with ability to multi-task
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and process improvement changes
Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, OH 45202 before starting work
