In this role, you’ll translate customer needs into complete AV solutions and ensure that audio, video, lighting, and control systems are designed in accordance with industry best practices and standards.

Resolve technical questions and ensure all equipment integrates seamlessly
Build and publish quotes and proposals
Draft drawing packages in AutoCAD
Collaborate closely with Sales and Installation teams to ensure project success

CTS credentialCAD draftingCustomer Support experienceProject Lead experienceCollaboration skills

Required

CTS credential required (CTS-I preferred)
Experience as a Customer Support or Project Lead
Enrollment in or completion of a CAD drafting course (online or in-person)
