Maintenance Technician
Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work in Clearwater, FL. The Manufacturing Technician III will be responsible for the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of production and other equipment in the facility, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities
Under minimum supervision, the Manufacturing Tech III is responsible for the maintenance, calibration, trouble shooting and repair of all Production and other equipment in the facility and for technical support
Maintaining all facility and manufacturing process equipment by performing trouble shooting, preventative maintenance, routine repairs and calibration with minimal down time
Responsible for Installation, modification, set up and/or qualification of any new or relocated equipment
Competently used computers and/or machine interfaces to access, maintain and/or acquire data
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical data
Provide support and suggests areas of potential efficient improvement to reduce operating costs, quality and/or productivity
Generate documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines for medical devices
Assist in the commissioning, installation and decommissioning of equipment and the execution of validation protocols
Ensure safety policies are adhered to. Cross-train Production personnel, other Level III and lower technicians in a timely and professional manner. Assist in Machine Shop as needed
Adhere to all governing SOP and regulations
Follow all safety policies, procedures and practices including lockout/tagout, waste handling, electrical safety, emergency response, PPE s and others
Qualification
Required

Must have a high mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuits to a component level
Knowledge of controls and control systems to include programmable logic controllers and A/C Inverters
Minimum 4 years related experience including providing support for manufacturing operations and equipment
