Responsibilities
Install & coordinate BAS/HVAC controls, including wiring and field devices
Lead onsite teams and manage subcontractors for smooth execution
Perform commissioning & troubleshooting to ensure system functionality
Provide technical support and document project progress
Assist in business development by supporting project proposals and site surveys
Qualification
Required
Hands-on BAS Experience
Extensive knowledge of Tridium Niagara and/or Distech Controls
Ideally 5+ years of experience in data center environments
Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, controls wiring, and ability to interpret construction and shop drawings
Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution
Willingness to travel up to 75% to job sites across the US
